About Me
As a fully qualified Person-Centred Therapist, I believe that you are the expert of your own thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My role isn’t to give advice or direct you, but to walk beside you—offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you feel truly heard.
I work from a calm and welcoming garden-based therapy room, a peaceful setting designed to help you feel at ease. Much like the garden around it, therapy is a space where growth can happen—sometimes gently, sometimes powerfully—when the right conditions are in place.
You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lost, or simply in need of someone to talk to. Whatever you’re facing, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you, at a pace that feels right. I won’t rush you or push you—I’ll offer warmth, empathy, and respect as we gently work towards clarity, healing, and self-understanding.
Life can feel heavy sometimes. But even in the most difficult moments, there’s potential for change, for peace, and for personal growth. I’m here to help you find your way forward, in your own way.
